Writer: William Monahan

Starring: Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson

Description: The Departed is a four time Oscar winner diamond pearl from director Martin Scorsese. It takes place in South Boston with the Irish gangs. The state police have planted an undercover cop inside the gang, but the gang has placed their own mole inside the police. Unaware of each other, the tension and risk of exposure is high. The movie has an incredible cast (Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jack Nicholson, Mark Wahlberg, Vera Farmiga and many more). Hands down the best movie I have ever seen, and the only movie I have rated top score.

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998)

Director: Guy Ritchielock-stock

Writer: Guy Ritchie

Starring: Jason Flemyng, Dexter Fletcher, Nick Moran, Jason Statham

Description: Four friends save up a lot of money and puts all of it on a shady poker game. Obviously it does not go as planned, and things that follow are gangsters, weed, torpedoes and two antique shotguns. This is surprisingly both director Guy Ritchie and actor Jason Statham’s first movie. Hysterically funny, tragic and exciting at the same time.
